One of my favorite EVER foods is jalapeno poppers! What’s not to love?? Hot, spicy peppers, cheese, sausage, and bacon – all my favorite things wrapped up in one cute little bundle and cooked on the grill. YES! I got so excited making these today that I almost forgot to make pictures. 

Begin by cutting the jalapenos in half lengthwise and scooping out the seeds. 
Mix one 8 oz package of room temperature cream cheese with 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese. Put about one teaspoon of this mixture into each pepper. 
Place a little cocktail sausage on top of the cheese mixture and press firmly into place.
Wrap each pepper with a half slice of bacon. (This is where I remembered I should be making pictures HA!)
Place a toothpick into each pepper to hold the bacon in place. Cook on the grill until the bacon is crisp. Some of the cheese will melt and drip out. You could use more bacon to try and prevent this.
I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful these are! You MUST try them for yourself!
