The best pasta salad you will ever eat! Made using sweet 'n spicy pickles and roasted red peppers, it is a perfect side dish to serve with burgers, at cookouts, or at a potluck.

  • 4 cups fusilli pasta cooked, drained, and cooled
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup roasted red peppers chopped
  • 1 cup sweet 'n spicy pickles chopped
  • 4 green onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup pickle juice
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and allow to cool.
  • Meanwhile, add all the remaining ingredients to a large bowl and mix well.
  • Add the cooled pasta to the sauce ingredients and combine thoroughly.
  • Adjust seasonings to your taste preference.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours but as long as two days.
