- 10 oz chow mein noodles
Melt the butterscotch morsels in a double boiler OR a microwave.
Stir in the peanut butter until thoroughly combined.
Gently mix in the chow mein noodles.
Place by teaspoonful onto parchment lined baking trays.
Allow them to cool completely before eating.
