  • 11 ounces butterscotch morsels
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter, creamy
  • 10 oz chow mein noodles


  • Melt the butterscotch morsels in a double boiler OR a microwave.
  • Stir in the peanut butter until thoroughly combined.
  • Gently mix in the chow mein noodles.
  • Place by teaspoonful onto parchment lined baking trays.
