Ingredients

  • 1 30 oz Frozen Shredded Hashbrowns, thawed
  • 1 10.5 oz Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1 16 oz Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup butter (one stick)
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Set aside 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese to use for the topping.
  • Mix all the remaining ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
  • Pour into a well-buttered 9 x 13 casserole dish. Top with the reserved cheese.
  • Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 45-50 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
