ASIAN MEATBALL INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 pounds ground pork beef may be substituted
- 2 tablespoons ginger freshly grated
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 3 green onions, white and green parts thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons Tamari Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter creamy or chunky, your choice
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
ASIAN MEATBALL SAUCE
- 1/2 cup Tamari Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 2 green onions thinly sliced
ASIAN MEATBALL INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients mixing until well combined.
Form into one-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Place in a preheated 375-degree oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
ASIAN MEATBALL SAUCE
In a large saute pan, add all ingredients. Over low heat, simmer until the peanut butter is melted and the sauce is creamy.
Toss the baked meatballs in the sauce until all are coated.
