Ingredients
1/2cupcilantrochopped
1/4cupparsleychopped
1red jalapenodiced
4clovesgarlicminced
2tablespoonsfresh oreganochopped
1shallotminced
1teaspoonsaltkosher or sea salt
3/4cupolive oil
1/4cupred wine vinegar
Instructions
Place the shallot, jalapeno, garlic, salt, and vinegar into a medium bowl. Allow to sit for 15 minutes.
Stir in the cilantro, parsley, and oregano.
Whisk in the oil until emulsified.
Notes
If you prefer more heat, add an additional jalapeno or red pepper flakes.
