- 6 each tilapia filets
- 6 ounces sour cream
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs (Panko may be substituted for a crunchier texture)

Place fish filets on a baking sheet.
Mix the sour cream, parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic in a small bowl. Spread evenly over the fish filets.
Spread the breadcrumbs over the fish. Drizzle lightly with olive oil, if desired.
Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 25-30 minutes until the fish is cooked and flaky.
