EASY PASTA SALAD
The best pasta salad you will ever eat! Made using sweet 'n spicy pickles and roasted red peppers, it is a perfect side dish to serve with burgers, at cookouts, or at a potluck.

- 4 cups fusilli pasta cooked, drained, and cooled
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup roasted red peppers chopped
- 1 cup sweet 'n spicy pickles chopped
- 4 green onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/4 cup pickle juice
- 1/4 cup milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and allow to cool.
Meanwhile, add all the remaining ingredients to a large bowl and mix well.
Add the cooled pasta to the sauce ingredients and combine thoroughly.
Adjust seasonings to your taste preference.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours but as long as two days.
