FRUIT COBBLER

This Fruit Cobbler is so easy to make, only requires 5 ingredients, and you can use any fruit you choose.

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter (4 oz) melted
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups fruit of your choice fresh or frozen

Instructions

  • Melt the butter and pour into a 2-quart baking dish
  • In a medium bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and milk. All of the lumps will not disappear and this is fine
  • Pour the flour mixture over the butter but DO NOT STIR
  • Spread the fruit evenly over the flour mixture but DO NOT STIR
  • Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 45-50 minutes until golden brown
  • Serve with whipped cream, ice cream, or just plain cobbler
