Ingredients

pound
ground beef
or venison
1/2
cup
bell pepper, diced
may use green, red, or yellow

onion, diced
1
teaspoon
garlic, minced
1
tablespoon
tomato paste
2/3
cup
ketchup
1/3
cup
water
1
tablespoon
brown sugar
1
teaspoon
Worcestershire Sauce
1
teaspoon
dijon mustard
1/2
teaspoon
chili powder
red pepper flakes
to taste
salt and pepper
to taste
Tabasco Sauce
to taste
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, crumble and brown the beef. Drain and set aside.
To the pan add the peppers and onion. Saute until tender.
Add the garlic to the peppers and onion. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir the tomato paste into the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Return the beef to the pan along with all the remaining ingredients. Stir well and reduce the heat to medium-low.
Simmer for 10-15 minutes until bubbly.
Serve over toasted buns.
