Rather than trying to explain why I’ve been lax in posting, I thought I would show you in pictures.
I’ve been busy!

I’ve started another sourdough starter…
Dehydrated 3 1/2 quarts of tomatoes…
Made feta cheese….
Marinated some of the feta in olive oil, garlic, dehydrated tomatoes, and rosemary…
Fermented carrots….
Canned 32 quarts of green beans and 14 quarts of vegetable soup….
And celebrated this precious boy’s FIRST birthday!!!  💖
