Buffalo chicken wings are a favorite game day appetizer. We aren’t big sports fans *gasp* but we do love great appetizers and snacks.
We recently planned a weekend away to the mountains with dear friends of ours. I decided to make these to carry along. They were a huge success! They are great as appetizers, snacks, or even a meal.
INGREDIENTS
1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
1 package cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup Ranch dressing
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
1 cup shredded cheese, I used a Mexican blend
flour tortilla shells
Add the chicken, cream cheese, Ranch dressing, wing sauce, and shredded cheese to a large bowl. Mix thoroughly.
Spoon 2-3 tablespoons on a tortilla shell and roll up into a tight roll. Brush with olive oil.
Bake in a preheated 400-degree oven for 10-15 minutes until lightly browned and heated through. Flip over and bake another 5 minutes.
This is the cake plate I served them on. It belonged to my mom and is called Depression Glass. There is a pattern name, but I can’t remember what that is. If you know, please leave a comment. Thanks!
Serve these with either a blue cheese sauce or Ranch dressing. We chose Ranch since it was already in the recipe.
